All orders are shipped economy standard with tracking. Mugs are shipped in double-wall card containers. If your order contains different items they may ship separately from different locations.

Images are applied to both sides as a heat transfer. The mug is BPA and Lead-free, microwave and dishwasher-safe, and made of white, durable ceramic. All mugs feature a comfortable C-handle and a shiny finish so that they're both easy to use and great to look at.
